Tract # 1 

67.906 +/- Acres of mostly wooded land with beautiful building sites, views, and road frontage. Eastern Section of Tract # 1 does not have access to public water and sewer but is close to where there is. 

Tract # 2

28.288 +/- Acres of open fields with fencing and a spring fed water trough. This tract has an excellent building site with a great view. It would be excellent for a hobby farm. Has water rights to mountain springs which supply the troughs.

Tract # 3

The New River is one of the oldest rivers in the world and one of the only rivers that flows north.
